Training & Education
Train the nervous system. Not just the muscle.
Most training programs focus on how much force an athlete can produce. NEUMUS training focuses on something more fundamental — how precisely the nervous system controls the production of that force.
We provide neuromuscular performance training, coaching, and certification programs for professional athletes, strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and rehabilitation professionals. Programs are built around the NEUMUS training methodology, developed in collaboration with the University of Tokyo’s research in neuromechanics and motor control.
Sessions and programs are available at partner training facilities, client locations, and on a referral basis for professional sports organizations.
Training programs & services
One-on-One & Group Athlete Training
Individual and small-group training sessions for professional and competitive athletes. Each program is built around the athlete’s sport, position, and specific performance goals — with a focus on movement quality, force timing, core-to-limb sequencing, and injury-resilient coordination patterns. Sessions are conducted using NEUMUS neuromuscular training equipment.
Coach & Trainer Certification
A structured certification program for strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and physical therapists who want to deliver NEUMUS neuromuscular training to their own clients. Certification covers the scientific foundation, machine mechanics, session design, athlete assessment, and cueing methodology. Contact us for current schedule and availability.
Workshops & Professional Seminars
Half-day and full-day workshops for sports performance professionals, athletic trainers, and sports medicine practitioners. Content covers the neuroscience of movement quality training, proprioceptive development under load, and practical application using NEUMUS equipment. Available for conferences, university athletic departments, and professional team staff days.
Rehabilitation Professional Programs
Specialized programs for physical therapists, osteopaths, and sports medicine clinicians applying neuromuscular training principles in rehabilitation contexts. Covers assessment protocols, loading progressions, and how to integrate NEUMUS training into existing rehabilitation pathways.
